Eligibility

• No DUPR submission required
• Age restriction: Player must be 55+ years old (Born in 1971 is eligible)
• NR’s are accepted
• Maximum DUPR of 3.499. Anything above is not allowed
• Excessive or obvious DUPR rating reductions will result in rejection
• No podium history restriction

Eligibility Verification & Integrity

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Verify player age, identity, and playing history at any time
• Request supporting documents (IC copy, Reclub profile, DUPR profile if needed)
• Reject or remove any player/team found to have provided false or misleading information
• Immediate disqualification with no refund for misrepresentation

Tournament Format

Group Stage

• 20 teams split into 4 pools (5 teams each)
• Round-robin format
• Top 2 teams advance to knockout stage

Knockout Stage

• Pool games: 15 points sudden death
• Quarterfinals: 15 points sudden death
• Semifinals: 15 points serve to win
• 3rd/4th placing: 21 points sudden death
• Finals: 21 points sudden death

Gameplay Rules

• 5 minutes late = walkover
• 1 minute warm-up before each game (if required)
• 1 test serve per player before each game
• 30 seconds timeout (semifinal onwards)

Conduct & Behaviour

Any form of the following may result in forfeiture or disqualification:

• Aggressive behaviour
• Verbal abuse
• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Disrespect towards officials, players, or staff

No refund will be issued for removals due to misconduct.

Officiating

• Receiver’s call
• Players are expected to resolve disputes with sportsmanship

Health & Safety

• First aid kit available on-site
• No ambulance or medical crew on standby
• Players must ensure personal fitness
• Warm-up and stretching strongly encouraged
• By registering, players waive liability against the organizer

Media & Content Rights

By registering, participants grant the organizer the right to capture and use photos and videos for promotional purposes without compensation.

1. Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event
2. Full refund in case of cancellation
3. Refund option available for postponement
4. No refund after payment unless stated above
5. Registration constitutes acceptance of indemnity agreement
